Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare your cake with the utmost care.

For custom designs or larger celebration cakes, we recommend ordering 5–7 days in advance.

Need a last-minute cake? Feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability

Pickup: All cakes are available for collection only from our location at the scheduled pickup time.

Local Delivery: Delivery is available within a 5-mile radius for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

As all of our cakes are freshly made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve it.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the collection date are non-refundable.
